I've noticed this before, and had looked it up, but before I got anything to treat it, he stopped the clicking. I only hear it when he sleeps, and its very very faint. But recently, I've noticed its back. He isnt at all lethargic. If anything more active, he is still eating just fine, and is normal. Something else that ive noticed is he grinds his teeth. What can/should I do?

Pneumonia clicking is in the chest. Baby squirrels make a bunch of little mouth noises - asleep, awake...the clicking from pneumonia doesn't go away, and the baby is ill, not playing. Be very careful when feeding - you do not want formula to come out of his nose. YOU are the one in control of the syringe and that includes just how fast he eats - and it should be slow. The pneumonia that is discussed here with the clicking is caused by aspiration of formula. If you control him and feed slowly you don't need to even worry about pneumonia!
Here is a video where you can hear the clicking: http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?32290-Pneumonia-video

I watched the vid. He doesn't sound anything like that. His chest is heaving and the only other side effect is the occasional sneezing.

Pneumonia will take them down fast without ab's, can you post a picture for an educated guess.

Not sure I understand the question...
What kind of scale do you have that you would attempt getting a weight with?
How old is he?

Yes, needs to weigh in grams, please don't delay!
If your little has aspiration pneumonia time is vital!
Can you post a picture?

stepnstone08@hotmail.com send it to me.
What ab's can you get hold of, you would only need 1 pill if it can be used.

Do that, cipro many woman use or have used that. Just let us know what (anything ab) you can find, we can tell you if it can be used.
Got your pictures, very large, have to do some re-sizing before they can post and will be doing that.
I just read your other post where you were "unsure" about pneumonia and explanations given. What is he doing to make you think it is pneumonia now?

No time to read your whole thread.
He looks a little "spikey" to me.
Is he still on formula?
You should offer hydration.
3 Tbsp sugar (tablespoon)
1 quart warm water
Warm as you would the formula.

Going to combine both threads.
Did you see the explanation CM posted?
Pneumonia clicking would be constant even when sleeping, you do not want to give ab's unless they are necessary.
It would still be wise to try and locate some ab's and absolutely necessary to have a scale to weigh.
Not only for dosing meds but this baby should only be fed between 5-7% of his body weight.
Without having a scale there is no way you can know what that percentage is.
