Licked someone wearing bug spray

So My family was visiting and he licked a kid who earlier in the day had applied but spray. It was a min of 4-5 hours since the kid applied it and they had been playing a lot (sweating and washed hands). I feel like chances are that they sweated it/washed it off but I'm freaking out. Would this even be an issue?

I've just been reassured he should be fine, thank god. Can you tell I was freaking out?

For good reason. The mosquitos are awful up here and I hate wearing that stuff because I refuse to get near any of my animals until I can shower it off.

Exactly! You never know what awful side effects it could have. I also don't let anyone touch my dog then touch the squirrels without washing their hands. My one dog has topical flea meds and no way is she allowed by the squirrels until after she has had a bath!!!
