so my boyfriend has found yet another squirrel (he cuts trees for the power line, so he comes in contact with lots of squirrels). I am already caring for an 8 week old grey squirrel, but today he found another nest. However this squirrel is much bigger, and seems healthy and well off. At what age are squirrels able to fend for themselves? If I release her will she be alright, or was her mother still caring for her? If I do bring her home, how should I introduce her and the 8 week old squirrel I already have?

Bring her home. She is too little to be on her own.

She is home, seems uninterested in both the formula and the squirrel blocks. She is in A box away from my little squirrel.

Where in PA are you located, just the town.
Do you want us to see if we can locate some help?

Do you want me to change the title of your thread to indicate your location?
Do you want to try to find someone to take this little one?

If there is maybe a rehabber or someone with a little more experience with older squirrels like this yes please.
Also, as an update she is a he, and weighs about 170 grams. Still haven't managed to interest him in formula, squirrel blocks or any fruit.

Just leave the blocks in the cage. They will eat what is available. It may take a couple of days, but they won't starve themselves.
