Got Missy May 10, 2015 and she weighs 88gms. Been giving her goats milk(from powder). For the last 2 days, her stools is part yellowish liquid and part pasty yellowish semi-solid. Shes got a heat pad to keep her warm.....what could be the issue? Also she seems pretty weak and walks wobbly...:help

She does not look like she feels good and she appears spiky which suggests she's dehydrated.
When dehydrated they can not process their formula/food well.
Do you know what she was fed before you got her?
Did you transition with hydration to the goats milk if that was different.
How much formula has she taken when fed?
What are you feeding her with and could it be possible she aspirated? (milk out the nose)
What is her breathing like, any clicking sound when she breathes?
Homemade hydration:
1 tsp salt (teaspoon)
3 Tbsp sugar (tablespoon)
1 quart warm water
I would definitely start her on the home made hydration.
Keep her warm and do listen for any clicking.

:) Hi stepnstone and SlowcarIX, the ingredients in the goats milk powder are comparable to canned liquid goats milk sold here, (a goats a goat I guess):tilt but I've seen it mentioned on the threads that a can of liquid goats milk is usually diluted with an additional can of water, before beefing it up with whipping cream and yogurt.
If Slowcar was to double the amount of water being used with the powdered mix, shouldn't that bring the formulation closer in line with the goats milk ingredients ratio shown here?
I'm sure Lil' Missy was receiving cows milk and sponge cake, just as MJ was eating before SlowcarIX brought him home. stepnstone's recommendation of hydration only is also a very good way to flush any residual cows milk from Lil' Missy's system. And be sure to mix the goats milk formula with very warm water SlowcarIX, approx 100 f/38 c, this will help it to dissolve more thoroughly and warm formula is better for Lil' Missy's digestion system.:thumbsup

hi sns, shes fed sponge cake + cow milk at the pet store...
i used a 1.0ml syringe to feed her. She is held upright when feeding and i slowly push the milk out..she drinks 3ml and decides its enuff.
Update:
last nite after feeding her milk, i threw 2 rat blocks into the cage. this am, she ate the 2 blocks and found some pumpkin colored poop pellets...looks like she just needs time to transition from cake/milk to goat milk.
since she is eating the blocks, should i continue with the goat milk?

Do you have any idea of Missy's age?
There can be an age guideline for when momma weens
but many here will allow theirs to ween themselves.
I don't think I'd just pull her off formula without tapering it
down and knowing she is eating her block well. I suspect the more
beneficial solid foods she eats the less desire she'll have for the formula.
After reading that article, I do understand your concerns.
