Up at our ranch I went into my big tool kart and found a mom and 2 babies. I am going back up this weekend to remove them. The babies will be about 2 weeks old. My plan is to capture all 3 at once and move them out of my box. What is the best way to make sure they stay together so the babies will not die?

Don't have a good answer- where would you be relocating them to? Out into the wild?

No they will surely die that way i think. Maybe just move them to someplace in the barn.

Before you do ANYTHING as far as moving them, try this:
Stick a piece of fabric inside your shirt and wear it all day, or if you have an old t-shirt that is dirty and stinky, that will do, too. Move the tool box around a little bit but don't touch the babies. Drop that stinky human cloth in there with them and then just leave for a few hours.
Mama mice usually have a backup nest for just this occasion. I have done this and had others do it and mama has always handled the entire baby move herself in very short order once she knows YOU know where she is.

OK. Not even sure they will still be there when I get there. I had to get into my tool box and that scared mom off. So maybe by me being in the box she will have already moved them. I will find out on Sat.
