I have my rescues on a raw veggie and fruit diet. I feed them :
Kale
Carrots
Mango
Avacodo
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh oak twigs w/ leaves
Fresh grass clipping
Mushrooms
Apples
Strawberries

--- they have cuttlebones and antlers ---
** What does everyone else feed their rescues? I am thinking of adding more to their diet.

:)Hi Ms. DawnMarie, just as Grinderhead posted, your Lil' Ones should be on a diet that is based on Henry's Healthy Blocks. Your rescues would only need one of these a day, if you supplemented with a less expensive block such as Harlan Teklad; http://www.amazon.com/Harlan-Teklad-Global-2018-10lbs/dp/B00N0EPSJQ

:)These blocks are only $2.50 a lb, and they can be offered freely all day with fresh vegetables, etc.:thumbsup

:)Your Lil' Ones need at least one Henry's block a day to receive all of their nutritional needs.:great

You can also feed Harlan Tekland blocks. They are technically formulated for rats but a lot cheaper than HHBs. I feed them to my rehab greys. :) some of my guys' favorites are Belgian endive, escarole, broccoli and cauliflower.
