I know squirrels can have roses, but what about the leaves and young branches without the thorns ?

:) Very Good Question Rexie, because our Lil' Annabelle favors every inch including the root ball,:eek yet we've limited Her to just the petals, hips and a few small new leaves. :great It is Her favorite Green anything, and I would like to offer Her more.:tilt
Beautiful climbing rose bush with no thorns-the Virginia Bankus. Blooms only once a year in the spring and can grow 20 or more feet a year. I have a yellow one in my backyard, I think they are a bit hardier than the white flowering ones. My guys opinions - deliciously yummy! I prefer the Heirloom roses, very disease free (need no spraying) bloom all the time.

:) Bless Your Heart Ms.Anne Thank You Very Much, Annabelle has never had any part "disagree" with Her, and She turns down the occasional piece of nut. Sometimes I think She knows the difference between what is good, and what is good for Her.:Love_Icon
