Any trustworthy rehabbers in MN?

I have a friend in Minnesota who has a wild squirrel friend who seems to have survived a poisoning attempt (they have lost another squirrel plus 3 birds to the same). I don't want to give exact location unless they ok such for the safety of this squirrel and others; apparently this area is very anti wildlife. But I am thinking they may need some advice to help this girl.
