URGENT TENNESSE HELP NEEDED NOW!I don't know whats wrong with him

Whenever I woke up one morning I noticed one of my squirrels had blood on his stomach so I picked him up and looked at it and I saw his penis was very swelled up and sorta bleeding. His brother is perfectly fine, and he really doesn't act sick or anything so I hope it's nothing bad. Here's a picture of him. Any help?

I have to run, but get them separated.
This is terrible and it could be life threatening.
Are they still on formula?
What are you feeding.
I have a feeling that the one is sucking on the other
like they would on their mom.
Can you get more photos and tell us the age, what they are
eating and how long you have had them?

Do you have a vet? If so, I would take him. In the mean time I would get some damp warm compresses on the penis so that it doesn't dry out. Is the tip dry? It looks dry. It will scab over and that is a big problem. After the warm compresses I would use ointment to TRY to keep it open.

Does the bladder feel full? If he can't urinate he is in serious condition. You will have to keep the penis open so that he can urinate. He will also need antibiotics.

Today he looks a lot better the swelling is down and the bleeding is gone he just had a small brown tip but that's even gotten smaller it's almost normal size. He's also starting to run around more and climb more.

Can he pee? Can you actually see him pee?

If this is from suckling you need to find out whether he did it to himself or if his brother did it to him. You do not want this to happen again.

I have not seen him pre myself but he's drinking a lot. He is pooping though. Here's a picture of him this morning.

That does not look very good to me. You need to determine whether he is urinating. The end of the penis can scab over and physically block them - and that is life threatening.
