Lately since Zoe has gotten older she has started jumping at people if they come by me or if they try to pet her while she close to me. Im not sure what shes doing or how to stop her from doing it. I know that you cant correct them like a normal pet, but I dont want her to hurt someone either. She just does a quick lunge at them only scratching but not biting (YET) But she doesnt do it if im not around.

As they get older, they will get more aggressive if it's in their personality I have heard. Probably won't get any better. One of mine is extremely jealous of my wife. He's even bitten ME while i talk to her in his presence. Have to talk to my wife away from him. No joke.

Mine is also extremely protective/jealous of me, if anyone, person or animal come around me. He has actually viciously attacked and drawn blood, on all 3 immediate family members.
I still haven't been able to determine if he is being selfish, and doesn't want to share me, or if it is a protection type thing. I am really lucky that I have a family that loves animals, because it ain't pretty while you are being attacked.
Please take this behaviour seriously, and don't let anyone get hurt.

Ok thanks. Only me and my mother handle her. But lately its only been me. She has been a bit naughty to my mom. I notice if someone or an animal comes to close she will sometimes bit me also. I try to keep her away from others and other animals.:thumbsup
