Until someone comes on with a name, why don't you tell us what the problem is - perhaps we can help.

This^^^^^ I can't help with a vet name but perhaps there is something you can do in the short term to help your squirrel before he gets to the vet?

Did anyone email her telling her that we will look for help?

edit: I just emailed her, and told her we are looking for help.
I also moved her thread to the emergency section.
Thank you stepnstone!

Thank you...my girl is about 3 yrs old..grey...she has a constant runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes and just feels bad. Could over grown bottom teeth cause this?

Can't remember the name of the vet, maybe Askew?, but SammySquirrel uses one close to Wiggins, MS. Might want to send her a PM. She's been sick so she hasn't been on the boards much.

I'm in south east ms on the coast if that helps any. Our local rehabber is strictly against captive wild life or I would contact her....not an option.

Yes. Can you get us a pic?

Yes, they may have punctured the roof of her mouth, causing an infection to set in. Please try to have a look at the roof of her mouth.

And post pictures so we can help evaluate.

Pictures of teeth would be a great help!

Wiggins is about halfway between Gulfport and Hattiesburg. I'll try and text SammySquirrel and get the name of the vet.

She just messaged me back. It was Dr. Askew and here is the info.
22146 U.S. 49, Saucier, MS 39574
(228) 831-4660

She has used him for years without any issues dealing with squirrels.

They look long, but it is difficult to tell how long from the angle of the pics.

But, you now have much closer vet access and I would take her in as soon as you can get an appointment.:grin2
