Thank you, battle of the wills, but I am tougher??? lol. He just wants those nuts (her too) oh well.... no ticky no laundry. So sad, too bad, eat what you have. Leigh raised me well <3
I am hard on them only for the good for them, my #1 concern!!!

I had to do the tough love years ago with my first squirrel. I
truly believe it was harder on me than her. But afterwards I
saw such a difference in her coat and general health that all
the hell I went through (tears, guilt etc) it was so worth it!!!!!
A healthy squirrel is a happier squirrel.
Congrats!!!!!

It's true.
But they can be so pathetic with those little eyes and confused looks. Its hard to be tough, but you can do it.

You guys are so right! It IS harder on me than anyone. Although, my main priority is their health and happiness in that order. He looks much better and yes, even his coat. Don't get me wrong, if it's a good day, we have eaten a large amount of veggies, then some fruit, blocks, THEN they get one shelled walnut. If they dont eat properly, NO Nut! Period!
You guys have all been so wonderful. Can not thank you all enough.
...and yes, those pathetic eyes and confused looks tug at my heart, but it's for their own good.
