They are on formula but I have no clue how to wean them and what they can eat now.

Hi there... Exciting times when they are getting so much bigger! No need to "wean" them as they will sort of just do it themselves and you want them to stay on formula for as long as they are willing to take it. From here though, you need to start with rodent blocks. The ones we recommend most are from henryspets.com as they are specifically for squirrel's nutritional needs. Once they are eating blocks happily and completely you can begin to add in veggies from the healthy diet list found here: http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?44440-Healthy-Diet-for-Pet-Squirrels
Stick around and ask all of the questions you may have. Most importantly, give them time to learn that block is the best food before adding anything else. NO NUTS until their diet is filled with all of the good things on the list. This is the recipe for happy healthy squirrels!
