Injured squirrel

I have an injured squirrel that could possibly have brain damage though its head is barely swollen. She has no ability to balance herself and falls to the side i'm not sure how old she is i am not unable to take care of her and have no idea how to help her recover does anyone know a rehabilitator in the Miami-dade county area? I have been feeding her forti diet blocks and esbilac puppy milk so she's not hungry.
