We found a nest in our pile of slash while we were putting things into the chipper. I have them all in their nest, in a towel, in a box. Can I feed them warm goat’s milk. That is all I have that I can give them.

Yes, you can use the GM and gradually add in the cream.

1 cup goats milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup dannon all natural vanilla yogurt

Chippies are SO cute but feisty as can be!

Pretty much the same care protocol for greys, warm, hydrate, and feed 5-7% of weight. Good luck!!!

The rehabber I worked with when I started rehabbing squirrels did chipmunks, so I worked with them a bit, but I'm not as experienced with them as with grays. Anyways we are driving up to Aurora, Co (about 45 minutes away from conifer) tommorrow morning. Hopefully someone more local and experienced with chippies will respond, but if not, I could try to work something out. I'll have all of my supplies and three baby grays with me. How old are they? Eyes open? Remember to stimulate them after feeding, and please make sure you put a heating pad under half the container, just a towel isn't sufficient.
