I am familiar with the healthy diet food groups.. But a few questions ..

When people are given squash or sweet pot, or even white, are they to be given raw or cooked?

I know the peas and greens can be raw .. But was wondering about the others.. Pumpkin, carrots, squashes.

No white potato, not unless it is the white sweet potato.

I feed them all raw. However, IF for some reason they will not eat them (like for instance broccoli or sweet potato) I do pop them into the microwave for a couple seconds (like maybe 3-5) -- just enough to "brighten/enhance" the color of the veggie. Doing this also brings out more flavor and then they eat them.

But to answer your question, raw.
