Just received a 4 week old grey from a lady, very lethargic, not dehydrated but I gave pedilyte anyway, I've tried sugar water and syrup, he's still just laying limp, his brother is active and fine. I don't know his history maybe internal injuries from a fall??

Did he drink or are you saying he is totally un responsive?

I hope the baby pulls through. Hard telling especially when you don't get a history. Can you look for puncture wounds, possible caught by a cat? Place him in a warm dark and quiet spot. Do you have molasses you could put a little on her gums? I can't think of anything else. Poor baby.

I put a drop at a time in his mouth and he smacks a little goes down and a little runs down the outside of his neck, no pee or poop I stimulated forever, but skin shows no signs of dehydration, gums and tongue were really pale but showing a little color now, he's still not moving though.

Breathing looks normal not rapid or shallow

No wounds, no visible breaks, I have 6 other babies so I have him quarantined so they don't snuggle with him if he's injured, he's on a heating pad and able to keep his body temp up. I gave him a few drops of syrup.

Can you post a picture so we can see what you are looking at?
Sometimes it really can help...

What a little sweetie, poor little thing. :(
He actually looks pretty good but obviously
something is not right. The pale gums and
tongue is a real concern.
No marks, not knowing his history just leaves
one pulling at straws as to what to try. I would
continue with the hydration, keep him warm and
as comfortable as you can.
It may be the best your going to be able to do.
Hopefully the little tyke will respond and prove that
theory wrong. :grouphug

He's starting to scratch with his hind leg when I touch his ear, one of my concerns was maybe a broke back but the legs both move. He peed nice and clear but his skin is starting to look dehydrated. I've got him warm and comfortable so if he passes he'll be as comfortable as I can get him :-)

Besides what it looks like have you done the pinch test
to see how his skin responds?

Have you looked at the roof of his mouth? Sometimes the paler gets punctured by the bottom teeth in a fall. That would be an injury that you might not see
