You have multiple threads started. More threads does not equal more attention. Please keep in mind many of us are smack in the middle of dealing with pinkies so, busy, busy, busy. Pick one thread that most fits your questions and be specific with what you want help with. There are lots of "stickies" at the top of each forum page. Some information is old so pay attention to the dates and the most recent posts to the threads for the most accurate information. We are here to help but with multiple threads we and you will be bouncing all around trying to keep up. Just place a note in your other threads to see your main one. Hope that helps!

Yes to the first two questions, no to the last, at least not yet.

You should feed the following you can get at many pet stores.

You will need a scale available at my stores like Walmart, even grocery stores. You should feed 5-7% of body weight using the following very important technique (head pointed down, syringe pointed up):

He will need a quality rodent block. Kaytee Forti-Diet (blue bag) for rats is available at many pet stores. You should order these though.

Gotta go.

Yes, it is possible to over feed a baby squirrel. One sign that a baby squirrel is being feed to much formula is their poop --it will become mushy, where is should be solid. The rule of thumb when feeding a a squirrel formula is to feed 5-7% of their body weight every 5 hours at this age.

A squirrel should be feed formula only up until they are about 7 weeks old, then you can add a good quality squirrel block to their diet (TSB recommends: HHB) --once the squirrel has been eating the block for a few weeks and has accept the block as part of their daily diet your can slowly add in a few vegetables and wild plants. Fruits and nuts can be offered on a limited or treats bases once the squirrel is eating their vegetables well.
