I know cat bites can be toxic. I thought cage was closed, it wasn't. Need prophylaxis help.

Did the cat catch your flyer? If not what are the meds for?

I'm not sure if they actually made contact. They were both under the bed. It was all in about 20 seconds. Squirrel is eating and jumping and acting normal. But I know cat Sylvia can kill squirrels within hours.

Did you check him/her over well? Any wet fur were the cat would of had hold? Marks of any kind? If not you should be safe. I hope some of our pros chime in. I'm off to bed. If meds are needed you will need a weight and what meds you have on hand.

Hoping this was just a close call and the cat didn't get into contact with your baby. Keep us posted.
