Henry's Healthy Blocks are what many use. You can get them at http://www.henryspets.com/. You can also buy the FV formula and vitamins and minerals on the site and make homemade blocks. There is a recipe on this site for the homemade blocks. Kaytee Pro Health Forti Diet for rats and hamsters is another one. It's in the blue bag.

Henry's are teh only ones made specially for sqs and the owner is a member. A bag lasts a month.

If you want a block to feed along with the HHBs, you could try Harlan Teklad blocks. They are pretty good. Henry's are the best, though.
