Hello,
I have a 4 week old baby Black Squirrel whom i got in with his 4 week old Grey Squirrel brother, i was wondering if there are any care/feeding differences between them that i should know about.

Nope. A black squirrel is a grey squirrel...just has black fur.:)

Do you know that Esbilac with probiotics on the label is what you want to feed? It's available at many pet stores:

They should get 5-7% of body weight (you will need a scale) about every three hours. You will also want to use proper feeding technique. It's very important. 1cc syringe pointed up and head pointed down:

And here is a sheet with basic care:

Please ask many questions!

Nope, he is the same as his brother, an eastern grey. We need pics! And so jealous, we never get black squirrels here!

Thank you everybody for replying... As for formula, i typically use Fox Valley 32/40 and add Acidophilus to the formula.

Just watch out for the FV, many people have complained of constipation.
