My squirrel, I have been raising has started clicking every breathe since today but I can't go to a vet until tomorrow morning and have no antibiotics to help him? Any suggestions, not feeling good about it. Should I continue to feed him or stop?

Can you get Cipro for humans or Baytril for animals....basically the same thing.
Call friends and family and ask if they have any Cipro, it's typically given for UTI's.
What part of Florida do you live in, we have members from all over that may be able to share
antibiotics.
What size syringe are you using, and do you use a nipple?
And what formula are you using?
Do you have him on low heat?
Is this the first squirrel you've raised?
How long have you had this little one, and how
old is he?
Pictures will help us a lot.
Do you have a scale? You need to have a gram scale to feed the proper amount,
they need 5-7% of their body weight at every feeding.
And we need a weight for us to dose antibiotics for you as well.

I live in Weston, I am using a 1cc syringe no nipple. Esbilac formula, don't have him on low heat but he is warm to the touch. Unfortunately is the first squirrel I've raised. I have had him for about 2 weeks before his eyes opened 2 days later they opened. He was completely fine up until last night but I was still able to feed him about 4cc. Should I continue feeding him?

Yes you have to continue feeding, but you need a nipple to help guard against aspiration. GO REALLY SLOW and feed in an upright postion. I will find a link and post it.
They always need low heat because their bodies can't thermo regulate their temperature even if they feel warm to you.
What is Weston near?
edit: Here's the link to the correct feeding technique.

Rocky, I am so sorry for the loss of your baby. I know how bad it hurts. :grouphug
When you said your location was in South FL, my heart sank because we have very
few members in south FL and none that actively post so there were no members to
refer you to for help. I'm very sorry. :(
