Let me see if I can find someone.
In the meantime, warm dark and quiet.
Put the container he is in on HALF of a heating pad and
half off, and set the temperature on LOW.
Put lots of fleece or material that has NO loops in so he
can crawl around and get snuggy. Do you have him inside?
Can you post a picture?

Are you near Tampa?

FYI, I used to rehab, so he's ok and warm for now. However, I can't rehab him at this time and do not have any fox valley formula any more.
He's a 2-2.5 week old male gray squirrel (can't get a pic right now), - he's got fuz on his head but no where else yet.

Yes, just east of Tampa. Is Jackie still rehabbing? I couldn't find her info. I used to have.

You can hydrate with sugar water until we find someone to help.
I'm thrilled that this isn't your first.
Does he seem dehydrated?
I'm looking now, and will have to send out some messages, so
this may take a little while.

I'm not sure if she is or isn't.
BUT there are several other members in the Tampa area that I will
reach out to.

Yes, I sent my cell phone # to you via private IM - (no text ability on cell). Seems hydrated right now. I'm looking for a small enough syringe.....

Baby and Mom are reunited!!!!! :thumbsup After all of the lawn crews left the street for the day, the Mama squirrel came out and was looking around the base of the tree. I walked up to her showing her the baby as she watched cautiously. I set him in the crook of the tree about 2 feet away from her and she came, rolled him up and took him away! What a wonderful sight!
I love happy endings!
Thanks to all that were ready to help today!:grouphug

I love how willing everyone was to jump to the rescue....and I love even more that the mama came back and took him, eliminating the need for a rescue. :D Yay!

I do really hope to see a successful reunite in real life one day. Reading about them is awesome, but seeing it happen in real life (when Mom comes and takes them to their new home) has go to be over the top!
Super happy ending!!!:crazy
