Help sick baby

We need help quick!
We found a baby about 2 weeks ago. At the time he was about a week old. Fed pedialyte, now formula. He was doing great. Eating great. Thriving and growing. But today he feels like he has a fever, he's erratic, seems uncomfortable. Don't know what to do!!

Please explain in detail his behavior and why you think he's in trouble.

What kind of formula? How often and how much? How much does he weigh?

Pics would be good for helping diagnose.

Have you been folowing proper feeding technique (head pointed down, syringe pointed up)?

If you hold him up to your ear, do you hear any clicking?

Could he have aspirated his formula?

Is he disinterested in food or lethargic?

Is he being kept on heat?

Is he well hydrated?

He may need antibiotics. Please list any that you have. If we know his weight and the drugs you have, we can help dose.

Also, does he appear bloated, have you been stimulating to potty?
