Could some of you guys with formula experience take a look at this thread.

This baby really needs some help. Needs advice on transitioning formula.

I don't see a sticky for transitioning but I haven't been able to look at all the stickies.

When transitioning from goats milk formula to FV, or between the two versions of FV I remember doing several feedings mixing the old and new formula at a 75/25 ratio. If that went well then several feedings at 50/50 and so on until I had the babies on 100% of the new formula.

To me the little squirrel in question looks dehydrated. I would offer her fluid between feedings. One of the more experience people may suggest something else. Also, since the baby is so small she could benefit from the Ultraboost added to the formula as well.

I'll keep looking and see if I can find anything more definitive. Hope this helps a little.
