anyone on who can help

I have a baby I think he is about 4 weeks old. His belly is a little bloated and somewhat tight. He pooped yesterday in the evening was what I think a little mushy. He did poop over night about 5-6 drops. I think he may have gas or is constipated not sure. I have but him in warm water and rubbed his belly 2 times, but nothing yet. He makes little squeak like sound when in the water and rubbing. But does not when wrapped in warm towel and rubbing? I got infant gas drops HAVE NOT given yet. The person I got him from was giving him KMR they work for a vet but was unable to care for him. His cord fell off 2 days after she got him and I have had him for a week and half ( that is how I am aging him) what should I try next?

Can you post here in detail what his diet/feeding schedule has been?

Make sure he is warm when being fed.

There should be some baby experts posting shortly but I know pics and diet will help them to help you!

yes i was starting to panic that is why i put this thread up is there a way for me to close this thread or does admin have to???? Sorry for the double thread just really wanted help
