Because one of mine had laid four eggs in her food dish. I let her sit on them because I had removed them and she laid more. So....a few minutes ago, I hear a noise...sure enough, a tiny pink bird is under her! So, now do I just leave her and them in the dish? I mean would moving them make her abandon them? UGH...more pinkies...lol:eek

OK...according to Chickenlegs ...if you want to keep the baby...don't move it. She says it depends on the parent birds...she has good parents that she can take the bird out and handle it and they will continue to care for it....on the flip side she's had parents that she opened the top to peek and the parents abandoned it. :eek So not knowing what type of parents they'll be...she'd leave it be. :thumbsup
