I'm waiting for the pictures to come in via text, but I cant post them on my phone I don't think. Could I email them to anyone?
Ambrose was trying to jump to someone, who moved out of the way and my baby fell about 5.5 feet down onto tile. He then ran off and wouldn't come to anyone but me. He jumped on my shoulder and flicked his tail at anyone who came near. I checked his teeth, his nose, ran my fingers the length of his body, checked the joints, and all is good except one toe. He's holding up his right paw when he stops (still running, jumping, holding a pecan, climbing on his cat tower). One knuckle is swollen and red, but he wouldn't let me get a clear pic of it.

Finally got on a computer. He's climbing across the curtain rod just fine but is super aggressive. just started attacking the curtains.
I'm waiting for the pictures to come in and I'll post them ASAP
Oh, all I have, meds wise, is orange chewable aspirin, ibuprofin, tylenol extra strength, and aleeve.
He's 466 grams, but he can't take any of those, right?

He's acting pretty much normal now. But I know they're master of disguises and he won't hold still long enough for me to check out the toe

I think you could use Ibuprofen, because I think the only difference between it and the children's variety is dose and suspension. The Children's kind is 20mg/ml but the adult stuff is much stronger. I think if you crush it up and add the appropriate amount of water, it would be fine, but taste like crap. Can you go to the store and get the children's liquid?

The guide I have for infant Motrin drops for your size sq is about 0.12CC. Could you get that or are you up for figuring out how to crush up and dilute the pill?

I don't have that, naturally. And can't get out to get any at the moment >_<
Can you give me a list of squirrel safe meds (not dosages) so when I go to the drug store, I have a few different ones on hand, please?
Happy to report he's acting normal. Hanging upside down on his tree, fighting with the curtain, building a nice nest with stolen pieces of felt, polyfill, pompoms, and fabric.
PS - Thank you so much for the dosage by the way!

Actually you want to get the INFANT Ibuprofen not the Childrens Ibuprofen. There is a difference. You want the Infant (Motrin)Ibuprofen drops which are 50mg/1.25ml. The dose for a 500 gram squirrel with the infant formula is .12cc (ml) . This dose can be given q 4 hours.

Thanks UD, I accidentally wrote Childrens in the first reply, at least I got it right and the dosing in the second. I have no excuse either. I actually took the day off and slept 11 luxurious hours, so I should have it all together.
DL, the only other thing I can think of without a script is infant Benedryl, in the case of swelling.
