Well my Little guy won't eat his rodent block anymore, but will steal the dog's food. Will this hurt him? I have bought 3 different types of rodent block and he will not eat any of them. Any suggestions?

NOt really good for him, no. Wrong balance of everything.
What kind of blocks have you tried? Have you doctored them up? Some like them hot, cold, cut small, in FV, in blueberry juice, in cherry juice, dusted with oil, ground up and added to applesauce or whatever, etc. People just have to keep trying.

I feed him Kaytee Forti Diet Pro Health. Today I took some of the tips I have read on here, and tried a little bit of yogurt with chopped up blocks in it. He's eating it right now. He seems to like it. So fingers crossed. :thankyou

The one for rats and mice, right? What others have you tried? Kaytee is OK, but not great. The best ones are the following. They're the only ones specially made for squirrels. A bag lasts a month.

It's a relief to hear someone else has gone thru a few brands. I had the same issue and spent quite a bit on Henry (both the standard and picky eater) and he wouldn't touch it. The only thing he eats is kaytee.

It is frustrating getting these guys to eat what is good for them Even the Henry's block, which is good for the, sometimes they will not touch. I wish there was a block good for them that they all ate readily, without jumping through hoops to get them to eat it.

Getting them to eat their block is a challenge that tons of people have faced. Sometimes it's just tough love, you give them nothing until they eat their block. They won;t starve themselves. But have you tried a bunch of stuff to get them to eat it? Some like it warm, some cold, some wet, some in apple juice, some in blueberry juice, some in small chunks, some ground up with apple sauce or almond butter, etc. You've just go to find the right combo for yours. Have you tried boo balls?
You've got to get the nutrition right or they will suffer down the road.

I had three two years ago that gobbled them up when mixed with avocado. At the time I ground up Kaytee rat blocks, then later made a more solid ball mixed with other things. They turned out great and were all released. The one I have now eating Henry's if I give it before his formula in am. I have to leave at 6:30 am so he eats it then gets his formula in a dish mixed with a small amount of rice baby cereal. I come back home a few hours later and offer another one. I am glad he is eating them, as I have to leave him for five days with another rehabber. I worried he would not be getting good nutrition. I just wish they were as eager as they are with formula. Yes, I want easy! :grin2 lol
