Hello, I am Turner's Mom. I posted today in the introduction section. I have been reading through TSB all day. I have just finished reading about PiTi the Texarkana Squirrel. he was very blessed to have "fallen into the hands that have saved him."
The title of his story is what caught my eye. I live in the area where he was found. This is where Turner was found. Turner is now roughly 8 weeks old and I am very happy to say he is a happy healthy boy. (I have posted info about him in the intro section, as well as pics.). i would like to know if anyone has had any dealing with the local rehhaber in this area and as well as the one in the Little Rock, Ar area. Turner may be a NR and I am worried about how he will be raised once I turn him over to the local rehabber and he is in turn turned over to someone in Little Rock. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I think that you should really consider letting us help you find someone. In general, NR are often euthanized due to their being illegal as pets.

I have no problem taking Turner to a rehabber. Would it be easiest if I moved my original post from the introduction area to help explain? It was lengthy and i would hate to take up too much room retyping or reposting it.
