I found a link for some San Francisco, CA bay area wildlife rescue locations. I'm not sure if I've given this out before, so just in case, I thought I'd post it. :grouphug:grouphug:grouphug

I hadn't been to the Lindsay Wildlife Museum & Hospital in many years, and finally went back this past week. I became a member, so I look forward to going more often. I didn't realize just how much wildlife rehab they do, and it's a great resource for the bay area wildlife, and only about 30 minutes from me! http://wildlife-museum.org/hospital/about
This is from their website:
About the Wildlife Hospital
Lindsay Wildlife Museum's wildlife hospital is the oldest and one of the largest rehabilitation centers in the United States. It treats more than 5,000 injured and orphaned wild animals each year. The hospital is a pioneer in wildlife rehabilitation and many now-standard protocols across the country were developed here.
I took a few pics, and was just fixated on watching Terra, their resident ground squirrel!

Just wanted to update that the Lindsay Wildlife Museum has slightly changed it's name to Lindsay Wildlife Experience. Here's an excerpt from the newsletter email I just received from them:
"Lindsay is treating a record number of animals— up 30 percent from this same time last year! Many of these animals are seriously dehydrated, malnourished and in worse shape than we have seen in previous years due to California’s four-year drought. Our hospital is at capacity, our home-care volunteers are working overtime but no animal will be turned away."
I'd like to include a link to their website, this page lists not only their mission statement and description of what they do, but also shows a list of staff and phone numbers.
