Does anyone know the strength of the sulfa-trim? I'm trying to help someone with baby flyers. One has pneumonia and they have 800/160 mg tablets of bactrim and need to know how to mix it to get it to the strength of the liquid sulfa-trim.

That strength would be 960 mg.
I will figure it out and send you the chart too.

My bottle is really hard to read. 200mg/40gm/5ml is what it looks like...

Thanks for the quick responses guys! Is that the dose you have Nancy? If so they can just crush one up, add 20 ccs of water and dose it like normal correct?
