I have found a young grey squirrel with its back legs broken it can still get around fine but what should i do? i dont want it to die

You need to get the squirrel to a vet or a rehabber quickly.He will not die.Broken leg can be a symptom of other complications.

I'm not expert but just reading all the posts I think they may be referring to MBD? It is a result from poor diet and I believe lack of sunshine or artificial light, pertains to their bones. Hopefully someone will chime in and clarify that for you.
