Hi squirrel Lover's

My question today is this what color are squirrel's teeth suppose to be? Charley's are a reddish orange color. Is this normal? I also wanted to post how amazingly smart I have noticed my Charlotte is. The other day I was in the bathroom with the door open and I noticed my bedroom door knob turning well Charlotte had climbed onto the hamper and was trying to open the door. Crazy. I thank God everyday that he brought Charlotte into my life. My daughter's (19 and 23) are actually a little jealous of Charley they say I probably give her more attention than I did to them when they were little. Silly. One thing I will say is this, I know for a fact that My Charlotte love's me unconditionally. Here are some latest pictures of my precious Chunky Charley. 221363221364221365221366221367221368 I dont understand why my pictures come out so large!!:dono:dono

She is a cute.....rather large squirrel! :)

Reddish/orange is the normal color for squirrel teeth. Remember that a good diet for a squirrel is by far the single most important thing you can do to keep Charley happy and healthy.

She's very cute but might be overweight. It might be the pics though. What's her daily diet? If you want her to be healthy and log lived, you need to watch the diet and weight like a hawk. One squirrel on here stopped breathing at the vet the other day because she was overweight and it caused complications. She was revived but that squirrel is now on a diet.

Beautiful Foxer baby you've got there...I am sort of partial to Foxers though. :tilt

Farrelli is right about the diet. We in no way want you to feel like we are pouncing on you about the diet, we just know how important it is and want to help you and Charley have a very long time together.

Looking forward to seeing lots more of Charley.....soon!!!
