You know pictures are almost a requirement.

The pixel dimension size is also important. It's easier to view when they run around 600 to 800 horizontal. The verticle, the same or less.
If you are familiar with photo editing programs, set dpi to 72, check the new dimensions. Adjust as needed. When doing the "save as", then set quality around medium.
