Need meds advice

I have many different kinds of meds here but do not know which to use. Too many to list. The squirrel's symptoms are: weight loss, clicking when breathing, body temp seems a bit cool, easier to handle than she should be. She is an adult female grey that I have had for at least three years or so. I have her because her back legs don't work too well, either from a back or pelvis injury.

So what I need to know is which meds will help with the clicking (pneumonia?) and the dosage.

Baytril or Cipro would be best for the pneumonia. Can you post a weight for the squirrel plus what meds you have and what the size in milligrams are and I am sure someone can help.

You should have Baytril pill form and it's 250 mg.
I sent dosing instructions and dillutions, but will be happy to
sent a pm again.
IF you aren't sure of the pill, I will take a picture and post to see
if it's the same one I am talking about.

Ok her weight is 490. She is very thin for her size. I noticed her not feeling well a week ago. She was making progress but seems to have back slid a bit. I don't recall there being a clicking before. I have three tablets of 250 mg each.

Do they look like this? If so this is Cipro 250 mg.
