Is giving squirrels lettuce bad for them? Im just trying to figure it out because roket is still on formula but along with blocks i want to give her some other treats. Is giving her lettuce okay?

Lettuce is great except for iceberg. No nutritional value in that kind. The spring green mixes are a great choice, as well as spinach and kale.

Will iceberg hurt them? Or is it just no additional value?

Won't hurt them outright but they might fill up on it and not eat the good stuff.
btw, spinach is advised against due to Oxalates.

It won't hurt her, but it won't help, so it isn't recommended (no nutritional value). Especially at this age (when they are starting to acquire a taste for what they like and don't like).:nono

Spring mix is great and it's what I use. Especially the kind with arugula and raddichio -- very high in calcium.:thumbsup
