new squirrel. owner need help/advice

Hello,

I rescued a baby squirre that was knocked from a tree after trying to reunite it with its mother and that failed i decided to keep it. As i am new to squirrel care i was wonderin if anyone would be willing to help and give me advice on how to properly care for it. I am 20 and have limted funds but i am willing to do what is needed.

Ive only had him 3 days, today is the third, i rescued him from a cat after he was knocked from a nest some how. I used unflavored pedialyte diluted with water to rehydratw him im getting forumla today to give him but ive heard many different things about giving squirrels kitten milk replacer. Im going to get esbilac but should i get ready to use with probiotics or the powder kind with probiotics until i can get fox valley?

Ive uploaded two picture . The one of him sleeping in the purple hat is the day i got him the one of him on my hand is more recent(couple hours old). Just added them for referenc so you could see his size, coat, etc and tell me what you think.

Can't really talk Esbilac w probiotics is fine, not without. If cat caught he needs antibiotics. Get some now. Color or baytril are best. Ask your friends for some. We can dose but need weight on sq.

Where in Florida? I could get you feeding syringes. Order the Foxvalley not Esbilac

Use the Goat Milk formula until your foxvalley comes. If you are local I have somee foxvalley to hold you over too.

I am directly accross the state on the west coast, Spring Hill, Hernando County. I believe there are members in the Orlando area that are closer. Go to Walgreens or Publix Pharmacy ask for a 1cc syringe NO NEEDLE most of the time they will give them to you. Publix also carries fresh Gaot Milk over in with the regular milk, it is in a white and purple container, quart I think, also get Heavy Whipping Cream (by the coffee dreamers in the dairy section) and plain or vanilla whole fat yogurt until you get your Foxvalley. You are 3hrs from me. There may be members closer that could possibly provide feeding syringe and advice?

Did you get the antibiotics? Cat saliva is toxic. I don't know if I'll be around much because so many of my favorites on here have died or disappeared in the last three days, but someone will help you.
