Reggie is about 8 weeks, and he never seems to get enough to eat. He is still on the FV 12/13cc every 4-5 hours and he heats his HHB like a good boy, but he never seems satisfied, he always seems to be starving when I feed him. I introduced some Kale and he really likes that, but I just wonder why he always seems to be starving. He has lots of things to chew on, antler, sticks a hickory nut. Is this just normal squirrel?

What's his weight? Do you weigh him daily? You should. Is he gaining appropriately?

At 7-8 weeks avarge weight should be around 250 grams or greater
eating 5-7% of his body weight.
5-7% of formula I believe would be 5% = 12.5cc's or 7% = 17.5 cc's.
Maybe your feeding him on the low end and he's just not getting enough to eat.
Knowing his weight is very important for proper nutrition.

He is hard to weigh, but we managed. He weighs 270g, 5% - 13.5cc, 7% - 18.9c so i am giving him 15cc every 4-5 hours to start with that way we can move up if we need to. He still eats his block and we will start introducing a new veggie every week. He really seems to like kale.

What FV is he eating, 32/40 or 20/50?
Understand the hard to weigh, might have to start putting him in something,
weigh, then subtract the item.
Have you tried avacodo? (no pit, no skin) :nono
Most really like it, good source of vit too.

Quite frankly, I've never seen a 8-10 week old squirrel that WASN'T "starving" all the time. Some act like they haven't had formula for days when you just fed them 4 hours before. Keep block & water in his cage with him and do offer him avocado. It quickly becomes their favorite food, second only to pecans.
Note: Find out how much the local Aldi's is selling avocados for, then go buy them at Walmart. They'll match the price, you'll get big, nice avocados, and you won't have to pay $1.24 each. :thumbsup

Ok, so I now he wont eat more than 3-6cc of his formula, he still eats the block and whatever else i give him, but not hardly any formula. Could he be weaning himself already?

He very well could be weaning himself, some wean early, some suck it up way past the weaning stage.
Have you tried stretching out the feeding hours?
I had one that was weaning a bit too early for my liking and reduced him to every eight. He did well for
another week or so and then dropped down to only accepting it twice, sometimes only once a day but would
consume 15-24cc's. Eventually he just stopped taking formula all together but by that time he was eating his
block really well and other solids like there were two of him.
As long as he is actually eating his block, the nutrients in block will replace what he was getting from the formula.
