Hair loss help needed

Ok guys I have a baby cat squirrel that as of this morning just opened its eyes. It's on a good diet, and has a clean environment. However Maddy is scratching like crazy. He is starting to loose fur around the backs of his ears and behind his eyes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Do you mean a baby cat caught squirrel, not exactly sure what you mena.
If you can post a picture of the hair loss that would be really helpful.
