gave a squirell .25% acedic acid

I was trying to hydrate three 60 gram squirrel and accidently grabbed a bottle of .25% acedic acid. Each one got 6 CC's of the acid.
When I saw what I had done, I gave them 4CC's of formula to coat their stomach.
I have pepcid for my cat. Can I give them that?
Please help

It looks like Acedic Acid is the main component in vinegar.

Did you give it to them straight or was it diluted in water and if so how much water to how much acedic acid?

Until we get some more information I would personally just hydrate them with water to flush out their systems. Just keep hydrating them with PLAIN WATER (add a bit of sugar if you need to so they will take it). You want to flush their systems of the acid. I do not think that a .25% solution is very strong, but I would still flush them like crazy.

I would begin hydrating these babies like crazy - I am looking to both dilute the stuff and flush it from the system with the urine. Get as much water into them as you can and stimulate, stimulate to pee.
