We don't know how long it was on our porch in the cold rain, we have it in shoe box with pad on low heat. Going to contact Sky harbor wildlife in Hudson Florida tomorrow morning but wonder if there is anything else we can do in the meantime. We have wound wash but I plan to wait a few hours for the squirrel to warm up.
Any suggestions?

Warm, dark , and quiet are the keys. I'm posting a link to general care.

Before you turn this guy over, please make very sure that they won't just euthanize. Ask them if you can call to get updates on progress. Lots of places will lie to you and it'll be dead before you leave the lot. Some places are just either not interested in squirrels or are full to capacity.

We have a ton of FL members, so if this place isn't right, we can probably get you in touch with someone who can take it, and we can certainly help you take care of it until then.

Thanks so much for helping him!

Btw, you said that you have wound wash. Is it injured? I'm going to bed very shortly.
