The leaves and bark tells me it's a type of Ash tree,
I can only assume it's safe. :dono

Thats what i thought, but i looked them up and i dont see our tree having any buds on it

There are many "types" of Ash, I don't know if all types do bud?
Maybe your tree is sterile. :dono
