Two new Grays

Moderate dehydration. They're coming along quite nicely.
These two were delivered to us a few hours ago.
Young girl had found them, and was feeding condensed milk for a couple days.
She was going to go with her parents on a short trip, and ask a friends wife to watch them.
Friend asked me for help on care.
When the younger girl returned today, the friends wife told her how much care they needed, and she decided she was ill-equipped to handle it.
She asked friends wife if we might care for them. We now have two new additions to the zoo.
They were moderately dehydrated and slightly malnourished.
They've improved considerably. Hydration is up, and they're eating very well.
We decided to go with the goats milk formula to start.
Weights are just about 40 grams for both.
Guessing age at 3 1/2 to almost four weeks.
It's good that the girl recognized that she really couldn't care for them, and was willing to find someone that could.
She deserves a pat on the back for doing that.
I hope she gets onto TSB, and follows their growth.

Both are eating very well.
I noticed a typo in the first post. Instead of 40 grams, it should read 50 grams.

Both are at the 50 mark now, so have picked up a gram each.
We've gone to a 50/50 mix of goats milk and FV now.
Poops look good...no odor.
Moses wants to snuggle with them.

Both boys are doing great.
One was having an issue with seemed to be intestinal blockage, and had a hard time going potty.
That cleared up last night. Poop everywhere. :eek:
Weights are up to 60 grams for each one. Very active.

Little ones are doing very, very well. No issues at all now.
One has shown a small slit for an eye opening. May be tonight.
Moses invaded their territory a short time ago.
He wasn't bothered by them at all. They of coursed, loved him.

Both boys have had their eyes open for a few days now.

The two little grays, and Moses, went to their new home this morning.
Both have gone over 140 grams now, and will give you a run for the money.
Moses and the boys remained best of friends.
