Does anyone know what the difference between regular goats milk and goats milk Kefir? From what I am reading on the bottle it looks like it is regular goats milk with live cultures like yogurt. Do I need to get ris of it and buy regular goats milk?

You can use the kefir to replace the yogurt in the GM formula, not the goats milk itself.

Oh damn! I used it with yogurt in it as formula. Am I going to make him sick? :eek

Nope - but he has plenty of probiotics now!! It is sort of drinkable goats milk yogurt.

Okay, so it is very low fat. I will get the goats milk tomorrow and use the full fat vanilla yogurt. If this baby survives it will be a miracle!

He will be fine! I buy the powdered gm, get it here (free shipping!) www.soap.com
It is a three pack of cans, but hey it last for a very long time and you can keep in freezer!
