Hi everyone! This is actually Mochi&Mocha. My username seems to be banned. Must have been during the site maintenance. I would like to get it back and unbanned but if i cant, this one will do! I just recently got a new baby in. His name is Truffle. Figured I would give him a little into :). I picked him up from a vet tech a few days ago. She removed 2 bot fly larva (called warbles? I believe) and he had a terrible infection. The vet tech also told me he had a head injury but the swelling ended up being from the infection and not from any fall. She asked me to take him since she was really inexperienced with squirrels (feeding KMR and he was dehydrated :( ). djarenspace was nice enough to share her amazing vet who figured out that the swelling was from the infection and mended his wounds. We are still on antibiotics but the little guy is looking better and better every day! And thanks to MsOakley we have him on FV as well! I attached a before and after picture. Hopefully they uploaded in the right order and at a good size! This is my first post using the new site on my phone lol.

If worse comes to worse, you can change your password and still keep your old account.

Thank you! And keep an eye out for a call in about 2 weeks! I move into my new house in Gainesville this Friday and then once I'm settled I should be ready :grin2. Also have to find homes for 3 kitties I have right now. Don't worry, I'm VERY strict about keeping everyone in separate rooms lol.

Oh and to update everyone, Truffle is still doing good! Trying hard to get rid of this infection. He's on antibiotics and I'm picking up a chlorhexadine wash to keep the puss out. Right now I'm having to re open the wounds every day to get that nasty puss out....yuck! His appetite is a tad low, but he's on antibiotics so it's expected. He'll eat everything he needs to, it just takes time and patience lol. He's very strong though! Overall everything is good though :) :Love_Icon
