Pinkie is "clicking" sporadically, should I give antibiotics, how much

This pinkie weighs 15gr. We lost his smaller brother yesterday. He is about 1 1/2 weeks old. He is eating and active but sometimes makes a clicking sound-it's from his chest, I think, and seems to be breathing harder than over the last week. Should I give him anitbiotics and how much? I am feeding him (every 2-3 hours)the recipe that I got here (goat Milk, Vanilla whole fat yogurt and heavy cream) until his formula from Fox Valley comes.
I have cephalexin and amoxicillan here on hand.
