baby bunnies

I'm new to this site forgive any mistakes. Dogs got bunnies last Sat. I was able to save 2. Eating mixture of goats milk, yogurt & KMR. One is eating some parsley & grass. Any suggestions would be appreciated for a good out come. I don't have a scale to weigh them and am not sure how much to feed them. As of now eyes are open and ears are up.
