Here is a situation that someone observed:
Samuel is a wild young adult male that visits this person often. He is extremely sweet and gentle and lets her pet him. Today she noticed he was having a hard time with an unshelled almond. He let her get her eyes right up to his mouth, and he is missing both his top and bottom sets of incisors.
later, after he ate some almond butter on a lid, it looked like there were tiny teeth marks. If those were, indeed, tiny teeth marks, there is a possibility that his teeth are really really tiny and/or coming through or something.
There seems to be no blood or any visible injuries.
Has anyone observed a wild squirrel with this kind of problem?
What might have caused this?
What are his chances of the teeth growing back?
Any advice, suggestions, thoughts are very welcome.
:thankyou
