Pinch the skin between the shoulder blades and count how many seconds it takes to go back into place. If it goes back right away, it's not dehydrated, and it may be another problem. If it stays tented for a bit, you need to rehydrate.

I would try rehydrating with the pedilyte for 24 hours. You can put some kayro syrup on the nipple to keep his blood sugar up.
After 24 hours, only use sugar water, no salt, to continue rehydration.

You may want to look into getting some fox valley formula for raccoons.

Can your mom change to what he started with instead of the powdered formula? After he's rehydrated of course.
Seems like he went downhill from there.
Also check out FV as was suggested.
I am going to send you some infor after I scan it in.
This will take about 10 minutes, please stay on line.

Yes she's going to get some more today!! I just hope he's still alive when she gets their at lunch ! I told her she shouldn't have changed if he was doing good on the other! She's very upset about it and I'm to for away to help other than telling her over the phone ! She's going to start with the pedelight and syrup ! Try to get him coming back the right direction

Oh, I'm so very sorry to hear this.
That was so fast, it almost seems like it must
have been something other than just changing the formula.

I'm so sorry.

Sorry about the little raccoon. You have to be so careful with formula changes when they are little. If you are going to change something, it should be gradual.

Hope Jojo's release goes well!
